A Membership to Suit Everyone
Our memberships are carefully structured to balance accessibility, affordability, and educational progression. Each tier includes resources that can be used on smartphones, ensuring every plan is practical for modern learners. Products are priced according to both their educational value and the effort required to develop them, so budget‑conscious learners have affordable entry points while advanced tiers provide richer tools. Memberships also reflect the natural progression of usage — for example, some resources are designed to be read in sequence, ensuring learners build skills step by step. Every membership lasts six months and includes all resources from the levels below, so you can choose the plan that best matches your needs

All regular (paid) memberships are for half a year, but will continue perpetually until, or if, canceled.

Because there are downloadable files within every membership, no refunds can be given.

If a member decides to advance to a higher tier before his or her six-month membership has run its course, that membership will end and a new one will begin. Switching to a lower membership, on the contrary, can be done only at the end of the six-month period.

Members in any upper tier are entitled to all the products within their own tier plus those products in lower tiers. For example, members with a Garnet Membership are entitled to Phonics Drills and Exercises and "Something Else" within their own tier plus Phonics Cards and Phonics Charts in the Topaz Membership, as well as The Red Well-Read Reader Flipbook in the Opal Membership,

Being that Totally Literate begins teaching youngsters who are so young they cannot even tie their shoes yet, using a smartphone would be far too difficult for them. Besides, many of our most beneficial products to beginning readers are inaudible on smartphones or inaccessible altogether.
As time goes by and youngsters' intellectual and manual skills develop appreciatively, it will then become possible for them to use smartphones. However, desktops should be used solely by all students initially. And only much later will it become practical for them to use a smartphone.

Totally Literate is offered free to non‑profit educational organizations, including:

Homeless shelters and transitional housing

Eligible organizations may receive up to 10 free six‑month subscriptions to support their most in‑need learners.
If your program needs more than 10 subscriptions, additional copies are available at our standard program rate of $12 per learner for six months.
Platinum Membership is also an honorary (free) membership, offered to Special Friends of Totally Literate. Platinum members receive all Rhodium benefits plus a few additional perks.
To request either membership, simply click the appropriate button below and fill out the form. After we receive your submission, a Totally Literate representative will review it and confirm your access. Once approved, you may log in using your email address.
Please include in the message box something specific about your organization or the family member(s) who will be using the website. Foreign institutions, kindly use English to fill out the form and note your primary spoken language and the type of school you administer.
